An exchange ratio is the relationship between two values, such as loyalty points and rewards, and it specifies how much of one value can be exchanged for the other. For example, if the exchange ratio is 100 points to $1, then a customer would need 100 points to get $1 in rewards.


To set or add local currency's use the Shop Setup module via  Admin.





From currency to points – This is the number of points accrued per currency unit. In the example above, the customer will accrue 1 loyalty point for every £1 (GBP) spent.

 

From points to currency – This is the monetary value of each point. In the example above, a customer with 100 loyalty points has the value of £10 (GBP) to redeem against future purchases.
