To add a new dimension value to an item, select the Dimensions button.



This will load a Dimensions window showing the items current dimension details.



Header name indicates the Dimension Type e.g. [Colour. Size, Weight].

Under each will be the Dimension Name and the set of Dimension Values currently used.  [Patterns ,Check, Plain and Diamond.]

Vertical/Horizontal indicates which direction they appear in a grid view.

Click the Add button on the Dimension you wish to create a new value for. 

Input the new dimension value. e.g. Stars  

Click OK to add to the dimension.



NOTE: This will add a new pattern called Stars with 4 sizes, (XS, SM, MD LG)



Click on the top right-hand X of the Dimensions panel to save and close. 

The Current Work Item Number list will now show the newly created item variants highlighted in Orange. For each new variant, check and amend each field as required. 

NOTE: Remember to Save after viewing and editing the newly added variants.
