Company Number - Enter the Company Number if required. This is for your reference only and is not actively used by Imagine.
Name* - Enter in the name of the vendor.
Website - Enter in the website details for the vendor.
VAT Number - Enter in the tax number for the vendor.
Discount Percentage - The amount of discount entitlement the vendor offers you.
Main Phone - Enter in the main phone number for the vendor.
Fax Number - Enter in a fax number for the vendor.
