Description

The Trimit Integration is a widget for the Imagine POS that integrates into Trimit, a NAV based ERP solution for fashion and furniture retailers. It is essentially a real-time customer integration widget that performs real time customer searches and attachment to transactions, as well as allows their customers to spend loyalty bonus.

Configuration

This can only be configured by the development team. Please write to [email protected] to get the widget enabled and configured.

Functionality

The Widget appears on the left hand side as per other widgets.


Customer Lookup

Real time searching of customers (Not using Imagine customer database) to register the customer to the transaction. This data is then pulled by Trimit when they get Transactions through our Public API. If the retailer uses Trimit's loyalty solution, then it will also accrue them points

Blind Customer Lookup

It has the ability, if configured, to simply accept any number entered without validation against Trimit, and the customer number is simply collected by Trimit in their Transactions pull from our API.

Create Customer

If the customer does not exist, then the customer can be created within the widget and inserted to Trimit in real time.

Member Signup

With the customer selected, the user in the POS can enable/disable them as a loyalty member. This is immediate and real time.

Member Prices - If a customer is selcted in the widget, the widget passes the basket of items to the Trimit API upon any change in items/quantities and applies any member prices to the items. It then displays this as a Discount Reason Code, which Trimit also picks up in the Transactions API call it makes

Bonus/Loyalty Payment

If the customer is selected and they have a loyalty bonus amount then they get the option to apply it - a new button appears on the Payment Types list. This gets added to the transaction as a payment line which Trimit pickup from the API call and deduct in Trimit.
