This is where you will add and edit your connectors. If no device details are shown then no connectors are set up for the shop.



  • Add Device - use this button to add new connectors for the shop
  • Save - used when the New Device has been set up


Add Device


Click Add Device to see the following screen to add your device.


  • Connector Name - enter a user friendly name to know this connector by, such as 'Front Counter 1' or 'Stock Room'
  • Connector ID - this is the Unit ID taken from the start-up slip printed when the connector is first booted. It must be exactly 6 groups of 2 (0 to 9, A to F) and each pair separated by a '-'
  • Connector Terminal - Chose the type of integrated card terminal in use, or "No payment service provider" option if no integrated card unit is present. Most integrations require the IP address and port number for the terminal
  • Connector Printer - Chose from the options for 'DdD' or 'Epson'. This option helps determine printer specific paper sizes and receipt logo printing settings
  • Use the Save button to save the settings once complete. The save option is not available if any mandatory fields are missing or fields are not completed correctly
  • Mark for deletion - when set to 'On' the related connector will be deleted from this store when Save is clicked
  • Virtual Connector - reserved for future use
