The Companion Application is designed to be used via a web browser or on a mobile device e.g. iPhone, android or windows.

Locate the Companion Application on the left-hand side of the Retail Suite. 

NOTE: If the Companion is not visible, contact your Tenant Administrator or K3 Support.

NOTE: Gap Scan and Pick List are only used within the Companion App. There is no equivalent module in Retail Suite Portal.
