The Article Statistic widget shows statistics for the item selected in the POS. These statistics match the same values shown in Inventory - Figures.

The Stock Lookup widget shows similar data but only for shops that stock the item. See Stock Lookup under Widgets for more information.



Quantity In Transit: the number of units you have moving to or from your shop to another shop but have not been delivered i.e the transfer has not been completed by both the sending and receiving shop.


Quantity On Hand: the number of units you have in stock currently including Reserved and Offline.


Quantity On Purchase Orders: the number of units on Placed PO's but waiting to be received. Once an item is received the On Hand is increased by the same amount.


Quantity Reserved: the number of units you have reserved for customer collections.
