Saving a Report
NOTE: Saving a report does not save the data, you are saving the formatting of the Report. You can recall the data when you reopen a report using submit button.
To save your created report use the and a pop-up will appear.
Within this pop-up you can name your report, it is advised you name your report appropriately for future use.
Description - Give the report a specific name.
Shared - This gives different permissions for viewing of the report.
- No One - Only you will see this report.
- My Role - Any members with the same role as you can see this report.
- Everybody - Anyone with access to reporting can see this report.
- This saves the Report along with the settings you have chosen.
Once saved you will be given the following on screen notification to indicate the report has been saved.
NOTE: You can save multiples of the same report with the same name, it will not be replaced or stack.
