The OSD Config is for when the Order Display has become backlogged with pending orders that may have been processed but have not been moved along the board which causes the orders to become visibly delayed. 

⚠Warning: Using the Clear Down will clear ALL orders on the OSD and this CANNOT be UNDONE

Using the OSD Config


Select which Shop you wish to Clear the OSD Board for from the list. 



Navigate to the OSD Config tab on the far right and click the Clear Down button.

⚠Warning: Once confirmed this cannot be undone.



You will be asked to confirm the clearing of all orders, the warning will indicate using (Brackets) which shop you are choosing ensure you have selected the correct shop as this cannot be undone. 


Clear Down: This will remove ALL orders from the OSD and will not be able to recover them.

Cancel: This will cancel the action.
