A certificate must be installed for your chosen browser to allow communications between Imagine and the Connector. Without this certificate you will see a 404 client side error on Wakeup in Dev Tools.

After installation check the O/S relevant certificate manager such as Cert Mgr in Windows or Keychain Access on Apple devices for correct installation of the certificate. If the certificate does not appear as 'k3imagine.com' then re-install.
