Imagine supports an Email Receipt being sent out at the completion of a transaction via the Email Receipt button. This will send a standard email receipt out which is of a fixed format.


The email receipt function is not available if your POS is showing as offline, or you do not have an active Internet connection.


Any email receipt you attempt to send whilst offline will not be delivered, a paper copy should be offered instead.


In the event of email notifications failing to be delivered you may need to add the following IP to your white list - 149.72.233.183
